1. What VaiBot Is
VaiBot provides tools that help developers create and verify cryptographic proof of AI-generated output.
Our services are offered through APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and related tools (collectively, the "Service").
2. Who Can Use VaiBot
You may use VaiBot if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have authority to act for yourself or your organization
- You follow these Terms
If you're using VaiBot for a company or team, your organization is responsible for all use under your account.
3. Your Account & API Keys
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Do not share keys publicly or misuse the Service
If keys are compromised, notify us immediately.
4. What You Own (Very Important)
You own your content. Always.
VaiBot does not claim ownership over:
- AI outputs
- Source data
- Prompts
- Generated content
We only process cryptographic hashes and metadata needed to provide verification.
We do not sell your data.
5. How You May Use VaiBot
You may:
- Generate and verify AI output
- Store proofs and metadata
- Share verification results
You may not:
- Use VaiBot for illegal activity
- Attempt to break, abuse, or overload the Service
- Misrepresent verification results
- Use VaiBot to falsely claim provenance or authorship
6. Blockchain & Verification Disclaimer
VaiBot provides verification infrastructure, not legal guarantees.
- Blockchain confirmations may be delayed or fail
- Public blockchains are outside our control
- Verification does not equal legal compliance by default
Use of verification data is your responsibility.
7. Fees & Billing
Some features require payment.
- Fees are described at signup or in documentation
- Usage-based fees may apply (e.g., blockchain settlement)
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Service Availability
We aim for reliability, but:
- The Service is provided "as is"
- Downtime may occur
- Features may change or be discontinued
We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may stop using VaiBot at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Use poses security or legal risk
- Required by law
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- VaiBot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll provide notice.
Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
