What counts as a governed decision?▾
One call to the vaibot_decide endpoint (or MCP tool) = one governed decision. This covers every agent tool call that goes through VAIBot — regardless of whether it was allowed, held for approval, or denied.
Can I try Govern or Audit before paying?▾

What is governance receipt anchoring?▾
On the Audit plan, every governance receipt issued by V2 is bridged to the VAIBot Provenance API (V1) and anchored to Base mainnet. The resulting Merkle root is publicly verifiable forever — creating an immutable chain of custody from agent decision to on-chain proof.
Does the Provenance API always anchor on-chain?▾
Yes — unconditionally, regardless of plan. The Provenance API (V1) is a standalone product where every receipt is batched into a Merkle root and anchored to Base mainnet. On-chain anchoring is what V1 does, not a tier gate. The Audit plan extends this by also anchoring V2 governance decisions through the same pipeline.
Do you offer NET30 billing?▾
Yes. Bootstrap accounts can request NET30 approval by verifying their email. Once approved, usage is tracked monthly and invoiced via Stripe at the end of each billing period.
What happens if I exceed my decision quota?▾
We'll notify you as you approach the limit. Overage decisions are queued and counted toward the following month, or you can upgrade mid-cycle.
